That was a suuuuper long title but I felt I should get it all in there. So yes, this is the long awaited Urban Decay Naked 3 post. I've had this for a little while, I bought it when they started selling them at my local Sephora. Before buying it, I thought about it a lot. I don't normally wear pinks and I didn't think they'd be all that flattering on me. I decided I would get it for my makeup kit because I don't have many pinks or rose golds. After buying it and using it, I can honestly say that I'm happy I bought it. The colors look great on me and it's so versatile! You can go from a light day look to a dark smokey night time look in no time! The shadows are also extremely pigmented and wear very well (except for the shade Dust, which is a glitter shade). I was thinking of giving this palette its own review, but I'll talk about it a little bit right now. The shadows are housed in the same kind of plastic casing that the Naked 2 came in. The only difference is that on the outside there's these grooves in the packaging. You also get a double-ended brush, though I would have MUCH preferred a double-ended eyeliner like the ones they just released that go with each Naked palette. The shades range from matte to shimmer to glitter and from lighter shades to darker shades. The theme is rose gold so there are quite a lot of pinky shades. I can definitely see this being used as a romantic palette or maybe even bridal. There are so so many looks you can create with this palette. I've done a few already and I continue to be amazed by just how well these shades look together. My most used shades so far are Limit and Nooner and I love using them either to blend or in my crease. My favorite are the darker smokey shades like Factory, Mugshot, Darkside and Blackheart. I did a smokey eye using a couple of those plus some lighter shades and it was just amazing. Even if you're not a fan of rose golds, I still think you should try it out. I was skeptical about this palette and now I'm in love.

The MAC Stroke of Midnight Lip and Cheek Bag in Pink is perfect if you're a fan of lighter pinks. I'm super super pale so I can only wear very light pinks without it being too bold looking. This set comes with a small makeup bag that can also double as a small clutch. It has a magnetic closure and once you lift that, you will see that it's zippered shut, which is always an added bonus. Inside, you'll find the goods. You get a mirror that's tucked away in a plastic sheet. I thought it was a little cheaply done. To take it out of the plastic, you need to touch the mirror and pull it out, so it will very quickly get covered in fingerprints. They seriously could have included a better mirror. Next up is the 129SE brush, which is a powder/blush brush. I haven't used it yet so I can't really say anything about it. Now let's get to the good stuff, like the Beauty Powder Blush in Formal. This is a medium pink which seems to have neutral undertones. It looked great on me and with my Too Faced Bronzed and Poreless bronzer. Such a pretty blush! On my lips, I lined my lips with MAC Lip Pencil in Hip N Happy (not in the set) and then I put on the lipstick that came in the set, How Darling!, which is a medium pink which has neutral undertones. It looked great with the blush and eyes I've got going on. And the last item in the set is the Lipglass in Soft Spoken which is a pretty cool color. It's mostly clear but it has these pink glitters in them. It looks really nice especially when worn alone because you can really see the sparkles. It also does look great on top of the lipstick, it's just that the sparkles aren't as noticeable. So that's the set!

And here are some other items I used for this look. For the liner on my upper lid I used MAC Superslick Liquid Eye Liner in Marked For Glamour, which is a dark grey. It was my first time using this product and I quite like it. When it's dry, the finish is quite nice and it's very easy to apply. I usually stick with gel eyeliners but I think I may be getting more of these in the near future. For the bottom lash line I used Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Smoke, which is also a dark grey. In my top and bottom waterlines I used MAC Kohl Power Eye Pencil in Feline, which is the blackest black they have and it's the best black eyeliner ever in my opinion. It stays on all day and barely needs any touching up, and it feels like you barely need to use any product because I never have to sharpen it. I also used the MAC Zoomlash mascara in Zoomblack. It's not my most favorite mascara but it isn't bad either. On my face I used my HG bronzer, Too Faced Bronzed and Poreless. As a highlight, I used my new favorite, Physician's Formula Powder Palette Mineral Glow Pearls in Translucent Pearl. It's the best highlighter. It gives you a slight shimmer but it isn't too intense. It's definitely my current favorite highlighter. Lastly, I used MAC Lip Pencil in Hip N Happy, that I mentioned above. The color was perfect with the lipstick and it helped to define the lines of my lips and to make my cupid's brow extra defined.

That's today's look! I hope you enjoyed it, that was definitely a more rosier look than I usually do. I'm definitely loving everything I got for Christmas so far. The Naked 3 palette is great and I can't wait to show you some smokier looks. The MAC liquid liner is really pretty and it's really easy to work with to get that straight line. I'm going to have to buy one in black. The MAC lip and cheek set was lovely. I loved everything in the set. The blush is perfect on me and the lipstick and lipglass are such beautiful shades. I'm really loving everything though I can't say I have a favorite just yet.
So which product from this look are you most looking forward to buying/using? Is it the Naked 3 palette or the MAC Lip and Cheek set? I have to say that I can't choose between the two! I really did enjoy both products and everything was great quality, I honestly have no complaints. Let me know which is your fav!
