The "Daphne" Look from Too Faced Loves Sephora palette

Hey everyone!!

Before we get started on makeup, I have a special announcement to make! I've created a Facebook Page for my blog today, so you can keep up to date on Facebook and see if there's a new post up or not. It's a great way to keep yourself up-to-date with everything. The page is a little empty right now, but bear with me, I'll prettify it this week.

[EDIT: Just to be clear, you have to click the link, not the icon at the bottom of the post. I'm trying to figure out how to make a little icon for the Facebook Page but apparently I'm computer illiterate lol. If anyone knows how, please tell me! Thanks.]Oh, nevermind, I got something to work :)

Lately my mom's been really nice and she's been buying me a lot of makeup. I got a couple more MAC Eyeshadows, so I'll be doing another MAC look soon. Here's a hint, it'll be olive green. She went to Sephora and picked up the Urban Decay 100 Point Perk for me. It's a 24/7 Eyeliner in Smoke, which is a dark matte grey. It's actually quite nice, though I'm not sure how I would use it in a look. I usually go full-blown black lol. I'll have to try a grey eyeshadow look sometime. It's a mini eyeliner, not fullsize. She also got me 2 of Philosophy's 3 in 1 shower gel, bubble bath and shampoo bottles. She got the big ones of Coconut Frosting and Vanilla Birthday Cake. I love love love those two scents and it's such a shame that they're not really supposed to even be selling Philosophy in Quebec because the labels aren't in french. That's one thing I really hate about this stupid province.

Now, onto the makeup! I did another look from the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette today. I did the "Daphne" look, which is a really nice part neutral / part glamour and sparkle. Looking at the Glamour Guide, I wasn't so sure if the look would look good in real life after I had done the "Jen" look that I didn't really like (which contained 2 shades from today's look),  but this look looks great! I wasn't sure if the 3 shades would go well together, but they do. I followed the Glamour Guide for the most part, except I added blush. Because let's face it, pale white girls like me just won't look good wearing only bronzer.

I won't talk about the palette here, because I feel like I've spoken many times about it and it's getting repetitive, but you can read my review here and at the bottom of the page, I will link the other looks I've done from this palette. I'm also going to do a post about dupes and similar products for this palette, because now that I've been using it, I feel like I have colors that are exactly the same, extremely similar, and a couple that aren't the same, but are still nice to wear!

The "Daphne" looks has TF <3's The Cast (sparkly, glittery gold/silver weird but can be nice color) on the inner corners of the eyes, along the tear duct area, and under the bottom lid. Jen Jen (shimmer bronze color) is on the middle of the lids and 525 Market (dark purply brown shimmer color) is on the outer part of the eye, in the crease, outer V, and slightly lines the outer part of the lower lid. It's a pretty dramatic eye and I think the light sparkle color of TF <3's The Cast really opens up your eyes. I really do like this eye, I think it looks quite fabulous.

For the rest of the face, I wore Who's Your Poppy? blush from the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette and for the bronzer, I used Chocolate Soleil, which is also in the palette. For the lipstick, I used the Too Faced La Creme Lipstick in Naked Dolly, which I absolutely love. It's a neutral, nude color with a pink undertone, so it looks great on my skin because I'm porcelain with a pink undertone, so anything pink complements me wonderfully.

Which  bronzer do you like better, Sun Bunny or Chocolate Soleil? And what did you think of the La Creme Lipstick in Naked Dolly?

The "Margarita" Look from Too Faced Loves Sephora palette

Hello everyone!

I have 9 empties and I'm so excited because this means I'm so close to posting my Empties & Extras post that I've been working on for a long time now. I want to have at least 10 empties so it has enough content. Obviously it can't be a monthly thing, but every time I finish 10 products I will do a post.

Today I'm doing the "Margarita" look from the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette. As I've said before a million times, the palette comes with 10 eyeshadows, 1 blush, 2 bronzers, a mini shadow insurance, and a flatbuki brush. It also comes with a Glamour Guide that contains 15 looks. Why 15? Because it is a celebration of Too Faced and Sephora's 15 years of working together from the beginning and it is also Too Faced's 15th Birthday!! And with that comes this special limited edition palette that is exclusive to Sephora, meaning you won't find this on Too Faced's website.

Again, I will leave a link to my palette review, and all the looks I've done so far using this palette.

In my opinion, this look is extremely simple and doesn't require much time. You put TF <3's The Cast all over your lid and up into your crease and you line your upper and lower lashes with Envy and smoke the top out with Perfect Eyes in Perfect Black. Add some mascara, and voila! Fini. This is perfect for a woman on the go but still wants to have a beautiful and glamorous look. Just add some blush, bronzer, and lipgloss and you're all set for a night on the town! This look is definitely more of a night time look because of the extremely sparkly TF <3's The Cast eyeshadow. While the blush is not part of the Glamour Guide, I feel like I can't just wear bronzer, I need that added pink and this blush is beautiful. It does remind me a lot of Benefit's Bella Bamba, I'll have to swatch the two and compare them one day.

Also, ignore the random eyelash that's floating around in my eye lol.

So tell me, what did you think of this look? Would you wear this on a night out? Are you planning on buying the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette? What is your favorite eyeshadow from the palette? And which is your favorite bronzer, Sun Bunny or Chocolate Soleil? What is your favorite bronzer out of all the Too Faced bronzers? Did you like the lip gloss, Barely Legal?

Please leave me your comments and let me know if you have any Fashion Friday ideas, or just any idea on anything, really.

The "Christie" Look from Too Faced Loves Sephora palette

Hey glam girls n boys,

Today I'm finally doing another look from the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette!! I got really into MAC this past week so I've been doing a lot of MAC looks but I still wanted to finish doing all the different looks that came in the Glamour Guide with this palette. At the bottom of the page I'll leave you the links to the review and to the other looks I've already done. I won't talk about the palette here, as I feel like I've talked about it a million times so if you've been reading my blog religiously, then it'll be really boring for you.

The Too Faced Loves Sephora palette was released by Too Faced exclusively for Sephora. It is their 15th birthday and they have been working together since the beginning. This palette contains 10 eyeshadows, 1 blush, 2 bronzers, a flatbuki brush, and a mini shadow insurance.

This look is a good way to add a pop of color to an otherwise natural look. It's still classy and work appropriate but it still has that fun vibe. If it's too much for you, you can always forget the green and just continue Jer Jer to the inner corner. I actually really like the green, it's subtle but cute.

Also, this palette is and all Too Faced products are cruelty-free but this particular palette is not vegan.

And that is the look! I quite liked the look, I thought the green made it pop out and made it unique, as opposed to your standard bronze and brown neutral eye. The nude lipstick and gold shimmer added to the brown eyes is what really makes that bit of green stand out.

So what did you think of the "Christie" look? Is this something you could pull off at work or would you only wear it out? What did you think of the Stila Kitten shimmer? Do you like it more than the Benefit High Beam that I usually wear? And did you like the Too Faced Loves Sephora blush and bronzer?

I would recommend this palette to someone who isn't afraid of colour. I personally really like it.
