The "Stephanie" Look from Too Faced Loves Sephora palette

Hello glam girls!!

Today I finally did the "Stephanie" look from the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette. I say finally because anyone would have probably done their namesake's look first lol. So I did the "Stephanie" and I have mixed feelings about this look. I think it's a little weird with the fuchsia in the inner corners of the eyes. This is definitely not something I would wear every day. I'd probably only wear it if I had some sort of weird theme party to go to or something. The fuchsia shade, 1998 has a few sparkles. The shade Jer Jer is a bronze colour. TF <3's The Cast is a silver/gold sparkle shade. I paired Stila's Lipglaze in Joy with this look. Joy is a fuchsia colour, with I thought went great with the 1998 shade. I was hoping my namesake look would be amazing but it kinda disappointed me. I guess it'll be up to me to make amazing Steph Stud makeup looks!!

I hope you enjoyed the look!! It's not my cup of tea personally. Even though I didn't like the look, I have to say that the quality of the eyeshadows is excellent. Great pigmentation and staying power, as usual. I love Too Faced products because their products are consistently great quality. The blush and bronzers are fantastic as well.

So what did you think of the "Stephanie" look? Did you like it or hate it? What criticisms do you have? Did you like the Stila Lipglaze in Joy? Did you like the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette? Would you purchase it? What is your favorite eyeshadow shade in this palette? And your favorite bronzer? What is your favorite look from this palette?

Here are some other looks that I've done from this palette: my look, the Alison, the Artemis, the Jen.

I'm working on a Review of the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette, it should be up tonight.

I'm also working on:

Cruelty-free and Vegan Makeup Brands: I'm listing 30 brands and determining who is cruelty-free and who is not and I talk a bit about how you can find out who's cruelty-free

Empties & Extras: I have 7 empties just waiting to have 10. I show you all the empty containers I have and all the extra makeup items I've either stocked up on or seem to have in my drawer.

Makeup Basics Page: Just making sure that I've included everything that I want to include on this page. It's almost done!!

I'm hoping I finish most of this by the end of the week. I've been asked to do a list of cruelty-free brands and I'm pretty sure if misinformed a friend in the past. Some brands are really sketchy with how they word their position on this matter. I'll explain all this in the post.

What would you like to see me post about? Send in your ideas for topics, reviews, etc.

Bronze Smokey Eyes using Urban Decay Naked Palette

Hello everyone!!

Today was my last day at work at my school's used book exchange til the fall semester. It's not the last day that we're taking in books but I've got an exam tomorrow evening and an appointment on Thursday so it's my last day. I decided that my makeup should be ever so appropriate for work on this special day. lol. So I used the Urban Decay Naked Palette for my makeup look today. Today's look is a bronze smokey. This look reminds me of a similar look I did a while ago using MAC eyeshadows. I'll have to show you guys one day. I used NARS Orgasm blush as opposed to Benefit Bella Bamba because Orgasm has less pink. They are extremely similar except that Bella Bamba has more pink in it and Orgasm has less pink and is more peachy. They are both spectacular blushes and I would highly recommend getting both. I could have used the Stila Kitten Luminizer but I instinctively reach for High Beam every single day so by the time I realized I was doing gold/bronze it was too late. But you could use a gold highlighter, it doesn't have to be High Beam. I used Too Faced Pink Leopard to bring it all together and I wore my new Too Faced La Creme Lipstick in Naked Dolly, which is a nude color, to go with the main idea of the look, which is bronzey, smokey, and natural. If you don't want to do a nude lip, I would suggest NARS Lipgloss in Orgasm. It would obviously compliment the face.

Be sure to look out for my Makeup Haul #2 Post, which should be coming shortly after this post.

And my Top5 Makeup Products in the Face Category should be coming soon as well.

So that's today's look! I hope you enjoyed it. I always end up coming back to my Naked palette, especially for work days. Sometimes neutral and nude is good, even though I personally like to be more fun. So which blush did you prefer? Benefit's Bella Bamba or NARS Orgasm? Did you like my new lipstick, Naked Dolly? Do you like NARS Orgasm, or is it all hype to you? Did you like the Naked Palette?

Do leave a comment and tell me what you think about today's look.

Tonight I will also put up a Makeup Haul #2 post. I don't have time to finish the  Top5 Makeup Products for the Face Category tonight but I promise I will post it tomorrow evening/night. So until then, you can see all the new stuff I got.

Thank you,

Too Faced Love Sweet Love Palette in Evening Look and swatches

Hello everyone!

It's Tutorial Tuesday and I'll be showing you the Too Faced Love Sweet Love Palette once again but this time I'll be doing the evening look. I'll also show you swatches of the entire palette because I just realized that I didn't include swatches of the day look in my post on it. So swatches of the whole thing will be further down. Even though this look is an evening look, it is very wearable during the day. I wore this look to work. I feel that it's softer than most evening looks and I really this look. I actually like it quite a lot more than the day look in this palette. And if you use a softer and lighter eyeliner than I used, it can be even more wearable during the day. I thought the color payoff could have been a little bit better though, but that's probably because I like it dark and it wasn't quite dark enough for me. I really like the blush and lipgloss as well. I find the whole look goes well together and looks amazing. I am going to say that by now, the end of the day, the eyeshadow looks like its been a little bit worn off. I've had my makeup on for about 14 hours by now so I guess it's understandable. But usually by the time I write my posts up and take pictures its been at least 9 hours.
