So I promised and I deliver. This review/tutorial will be on Too Faced's spring release: their Boudoir Eyes palette and their No Makeup Makeup Face Palette.
The eye palette is wonderful. It's a re-vamp of Too Faced's Naked Eye Palette (which I don't have, but would like to get my hands on before they discontinue it forever, they're already pulling it from sephora stores) which includes 4 out of the 9 shades from the Naked Eye palette (In the Buff, Satin Sheets, Birthday Suit and Lap Dance)(Satin Sheets is also in the Natural Eye palette). The quality and pigmentation is what I've come to expect from Too Faced, that is, amazing quality and pigmentation! The shadow glides on like a dream and stays put all day long. The color is vibrant and rich. There are 3 "looks": day, classic, and fashion. The looks are very wearable for school and work. I would totally recommend this palette.
After the disaster I had with the Natural Face palette, I wasn't 100% sure on this before I bought it. Oh and yes, before I forget, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PAID FOR BY ME UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. The natural face palette was too dark for me, and the blush wasn't the right color. I tried so hard to make it work, everything from applying very lightly to blending like mad. It wasn't a bad palette or anything, it just wasn't for me. I would recommend the Natural Face palette for someone that is medium to dark skin toned.
The No Makeup Makeup palette on the other hand, I would recommend for someone that is light to medium skin toned. The concealer, brightener, and bronzer are lighter than Natural Face and the blushes are a very vibrant bright pink (which is perfect for me by the way). Pink just happens to look amazing on me. In this palette, you get concealer (cream), luminizer (cream), brightener (cream), blush (cream), blush (powder) and bronzer (powder). This palette comes with the glamour guide, and shows 3 looks (day, classic, fashion). I really enjoyed trying out the different looks. I liked the fashion one the most (of course haha). And yes, I would def recommend this palette. Everything applied well and was the right amount of pigmented.
So now, onto the 3 looks! I followed the glamour guides for each product and matched day with day, classic with classic, and fashion with fashion. I kept all face products constant, and I only changed lipgloss/lipstick to give you all a better idea of how the looks really look. I used practically everything Too Faced for this look. And yes, I do wear other brands!!! lol! I took a ton of pics, I've got 4 pictures for each look to show you! I think they're all beautiful, but I'm a fashion kind of gal and my all-time favorite makeup look would have to be a black smoky eye, so you can see why my fav look is the fashion one!!!

- Cream Blush: apply to cheeks
Lips:
I used the Cream Blush from the No Makeup Makeup Face Palette
So here you have it!! All 3 looks from both palettes! And yes, I realize the concealer isn't exactly my color but that's what you get from a universal palette. So which look is your favorite look? Leave me a comment telling me which look you liked and why. And tell me, do you want to see more Too Faced or do you think it's time I give another brand the spotlight for once? Do you want to see videos of tutorials/reviews/other stuff?
And just to recap, I approve both the Boudoir Eyes and the No Makeup Makeup Palettes. I bought both with my own money and am not paid to give my opinion (it seems like such a big deal these days to state this, so here it is).
Boudoir Eyes: 45$CAD No Makeup Makeup: 48$CAD
Coming up soon: Too Faced's BB Creme vs Too Faced's original liquid Beauty Balm, which one I kinda dislike and which one I like.
If you made it to the bottom, congrats!! lol. this turned out to be a massive post, sorry!! I'll try to cut it down in the future!!
Thanks for reading and lots of love!!!!
